Artist Lecture: Paul Elliman

London-based designer and visiting critic at the Yale University School of Art, Paul Elliman is known for his work with a found typography of objects and industrial debris. His work has been exhibited at London’s Tate Modern, New York’s New Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Kunsthalle Basel. Elliman is also thesis supervisor for the Werkplaats Typografie, an international graduate program in Arnhem, Netherlands.

The University of Washington School of Art, in conjunction with the Nebula Project, is pleased to announce its Winter Quarter 2014 artist lecture series. This annual series is organized to accompany the course Art 361/595 Critical Issues in Contemporary Art Practice, taught by guest lecturer Eric Fredericksen.
