Stephen Vitiello is an electronic musician and media artist. His sound installations have been presented internationally including at MASS MoCA, the Whitney Biennial, and the Cartier Foundation, Paris. Originally from New York, Vitiello is now based in Richmond, VA, where he is an Associate Professor in the department of Kinetic Imaging at Virginia Commonwealth University.

The University of Washington School of Art, in conjunction with the Nebula Project, is pleased to announce its Winter Quarter 2014 artist lecture series. This annual series is organized to accompany the course Art 361/595 Critical Issues in Contemporary Art Practice, taught by guest lecturer Eric Fredericksen.
